Property Details
The property is a two story concrete block building with it’s own entrance. It is attached to our house but there is plenty of privacy. We are on-site owners so all issues, if any, can be addressed promptly.
There is 1 large bedroom (a Queen size bed) and 1 large bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a queen size sleeper, kitchenette that contains a microwave, convection oven and an inversion burner. We also have a fold up twin size bed that is stored in the stairwell, therefore the unit can sleep 5. There is an outside patio, and a grilling/eating area outside as well.

More Details
Our location is excellent. Only three miles from Downtown Punta Gorda, however our quiet neighborhood is rural. We live on one and a half of an acre. The Darst Boat ramp is around the corner, where you can launch your boat or kayak from into Peace River, which runs into Charlotte Harbor. Fishing is an excellent pass time around here and we are always here to help. Punta Gorda is the jewel of Charlotte County! Fast becoming a go to dining destination and it has everything you could need within walking distance. If you like to cycle, Punta Gorda is the place to visit with amazing bicycle paths abound and free bicycles available throughout the town with suggested paths to ride. The Saturday Farmers market is very well known with locally grown produce, fresh breads, and numerous other locally made goods. Every weekend during season there are many venues available to visit, we like to keep our guests informed of what is up and coming in Punta Gorda. If you are a fan of ice cream, Punta Gorda is the unsung ice cream capitol!
Our town is one of the best kept secrets and every day we have to say, We LOVE THIS TOWN!

What A Fantastic Place To Stay
Mark and I spent 5 nights at Peace River House in November 2017 and have to say it is one of the nicest and welcoming places we have stayed in all the years we have been traveling in Florida.
Andrea is the perfect host and nothing is too much trouble – she has thought of everything for the guests!
We will definitely be back (that’s if she isn’t booked up).
We love Punta Gorda but are not telling too many people as it’s our little-hidden gem!!
Had A Wonderful Stay
Had a wonderful stay here for a few days. The bed was very comfortable and that huge bathroom was a treat!
We went fishing with Alan and it was a blast! Caught tons of fish.
Punta Gorda has much to offer. The bike rides (free bikes) along the waterfront was a delight.
